Unconditional Bontrager Guarantee

If for any reason you're not satisfied with a Bontrager aftermarket purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt to the original place of purchase within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Think of it as a 30-day test ride.

This guarantee includes Bontrager aftermarket components, apparel, and accessories. Bontrager OE (original equipment) componentry sold as part of a bicycle is excluded. Used items must be cleaned for a return. If you retrun merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered, it will not be accepted.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

In our dealings with you, we work on the assumption that all sales are to private consumers. If this is different please contact us before hand.

When using the Website, You accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on the Website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that We provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirements that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. 

Click & Collect orders will NOT be reserved until a deposit or payment in full has been received.

***Sale items can only be returned for exchange / instore credit. No refunds will be given***

We may change these Conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent Orders received. It is your responsibility to check regularly to see if any changes have been made to these Conditions. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this Website at any time without liability to you. 

Description and Availability

We take all reasonable measures to ensure that details, measurements and descriptions of Products given on this Website are as accurate and complete as possible but there may be variations between these and the products themselves, all products are subject to availability. 

Price

Prices appearing on this Website are inclusive of sales tax (where applicable) at the current rates. 

We pride ourselves on having the best products at the best prices, However mistakes can / do happen;

• If a product is brought at the wrong price through our website, we don't have to honour the price. Unless we have despatched the item.
• If a product is brought through "Click & Collect" at the wrong price. we don't have to honour the price. Unless we have handed the item over to the consumer.
• If the items have been despatched or handed over to the customer, we here at AJ Cycles will honour the price paid.

The cost of your Order will be the price of the Products ordered plus the appropriate delivery charge outlined in the “Delivery & Returns” section below. Please note that all prices on this Website are for on-line purchases only. 

Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered, including any variations in the rate of sales tax. If this occurs You will be notified and requested to reconfirm your Order at the altered price. 

You may cancel a Contract and obtain a refund any time within 14 days after receipt of products.

BIKE STORAGE

***Please note that we are unable to store your bike for longer than 7 days from the service being completed. Bikes stored past the time will incur a £1 per day storage charge.***
