For Bicycle Purchases OVER £600:

- Free Delivery within a 15 Mile radius of the store.

- For distances over 15 miles up to 25 miles = £40.00 Delivery Charge 

- For distances over 25 miles up to 40 miles = £60.00 Delivery Charge

For Bicycle Purchases UNDER £600:

- £10 Delivery Charge within a 15 mile radius of the store.

- For distances over 15 miles up to 25 miles = £50 Delivery Charge

- For distances over 25 miles up to 40 miles = £70 Delivery Charge

If you are over 40 miles away and would like us to arrange a delivery then please contact us for a bespoke quote. 

Delivery of your new bike

• Your new bike will be hand delivered by a member of the AJ Cycles team.
• Your new bike will be fully built by our cytech trained mechanics within our fully equipped workshop.
• Any accessories you have purchased through AJ Cycles will be installed before it is delivered.
• Any minor adjustments to the bike will be made on delivery to suit your needs. (eg.. Saddle height, Handlebar position)

Our knowledgeable delivery staff will answer any questions you may have about your new bike, and give you a detailed hand over so you are ready to enjoy your new bike.

How it Works

• You can order your new bike through our Store, website or by phone - 01933 353238.
• Once the order has been placed, we will liaise with you regarding the best time for delivery. (Normally within 10 working days).
• Our own GPS tracked vans will deliver your bike fully built and ready to ride.

Terms and Conditions

• Amendments to your specified delivery date can be made up to the day before the delivery date free of charge.
• If, on the specified delivery date, there is no one present to receive the goods, or, should you cancel on the day of delivery, a £50 re-booking fee will be charged.
• ID will be required on delivery, the ID must match the transaction details (If paid by a credit or debit card, we will also need to see this, along with the cardholder & ID)
• You have 14 days to return any item to AJ Cycles, at your cost, for full refund or exchange, please contact us beforehand. 
  • Bicycles being returned must be in a new/unused condition to qualify for a refund/exchange.
• If an error has occurred with a bicycle delivery at the fault of AJ Cycles, this will be rectified ASAP with no re-delivery/ collection charges.
• If an item has been ordered incorrectly and is not the fault of AJ Cycles then it will not be our responsibility to arrange re-delivery/ collection, where we may be able to assist with this, a cost may be involved. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any concerns and see if we are able to assist.
