When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at AJ Cycles, we will contact you to arrange collection.

For items which are in stock at our suppliers, your order will be ready to collect within 4-5 working days. (Timescales maybe longer due to the COVID-19 outbreak, We will keep you informed on delivery timescales)

For cycle orders that are in stock at AJ Cycles, please allow 48 hours as these will have to go through a build and PDI check from one of our trained mechanics before you can collect and ride away. Will will be in touch to give you a detailed timescale

If no payment has been made, we will contact you to take a deposit.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you’ve ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving license).

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact the store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection. 

How do I cancel / change my order?
